Sir, I have completed my 12th Board exams from Arts stream. So, can I now join Indian Army in any department at any post? What qualification is required for Soldier post in Indian Army?

You can join as soilder in Indian Army after passing the physical test conducted at various location by Indian Army.

The required physical criteria is mentioned in the notification released in local newspaper.

For recruitment as an officer, you have to appear and qualify in NDA examination. It is conducted by UPSC twice in a year.
