I am doing B.Sc Non-Medical. Will I be able to join ISRO after completion of my B.Sc? Or, do I need to study further? Can't I join in any department at any post in ISRO? And, what should I study for my Master's?

Yes, you can join ISRO after BSc. If you done BSc in Physics Honours than its although very good for this line.
Surely you can join ISRO as a technical assistant after your graduation with an aggregate of 65% (of general category).
