Dear Sirs/MAdams. I would like to pursue PHD in law, however I am a simple law graduate and have not done my LLM. I understand it is mandatory to hold a post graduate degree to be able to proceed for PHD. However is it possible to pursue Mphil/LLM first through distance learning and then go for PHD.

Which are the universities in India which could offer these LLM/MPHIL courses after completing the law.

Please guide
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
