Dear Sir/Mam, I have completed B.Com in 2003 and I got marks 48% in my final university 3rd year exam. Please, advice can I register for the course Chartered Accountancy's IPCC stage?

Having completed your B.Com degree course with 48% marks, you are eligible to register for CA IPCC (Integrated Professional Competence Course) only through CPT route after completing your Foundation course in CA as for direct registration to CA IPCC course by exempting CA foundation course, the minimum marks required in B.Com degree course is 55% (which is 60% in case of other stream graduates).
