To apply online, you will have to pay the examination fee either through Debit or Credit Card or though a Demand Draft drawn in favor of All India Management Association.
Since you have obtained the offline application form, you can not apply online on the basis of the offline application form.

There is no way to register online after purchasing the form from the market
