can i submitted the ugc-net form december 2012 by speed post because i already submitted it now what can i do

can the ugc net application form be sent through speed post or registered post with acknowledgement due?
Or it is mandatory to send it only by ordinary post?

You should be careful previously the way mentioned in the notification. Now, by asking this question from other people you may get confused. The better way I suggest you to check out the notification again from the official site and clear out your doubt. Well, it was mandatory to send ordinary post.

Hey I just wanted to know if they accepted your application by speed post. Were you able to write net exam?
