i am ishpreet singh sandhu and i had done my diploma in mechanical engineering from punjab state board of technical education and industrial training chandigarh and can i get admission in lateral entry of btech in delhi university,mumbai university,banaras hindu university,jawahrlal nehru univerisy

For admission of diploma candidates in second year of engineering, they need to appear for Lateral Entry Entrance Test. LEET is conducted by State Technical Universities of every state for admission of diploma candidates. There is no provision of LEET in BHU, JNU etc. You can apply for your state or other's state technical university LEET exam.

For LEET examination, diploma candidates must have at least 60% marks in diploma to apply for this exam and get admission directly in second year of engineering. You can apply for Punjab Technical university LEET exam. You can also apply for JEE Main exam for admission in NITs and government engineering college. But diploma candidates are not eligible for JEE Advanced exam for admission in IITs.
