HI FRIEND,

It is always better to pursue B.Tech,so that you can get higher ranking jobs.After completing diploma you can join B.Tech through lateral entry or by correspondence course.once you complete your B.Tech ,you will eligible for all types of jobs.some of the universities which offer correspondence course in B.Tech are as follows:

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University
Thapar University
Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University
