my diploma 5 subjects are back can i able to take admission for b.tech

No, it is not possible to seek admission to B.Tech with prevailing backlogs. First of all, you must clear all the prevailing backlogs. Then you can seek admission through lateral entry. Usually candidates with a minimum of 60% marks in diploma is considered for lateral entry admissions. LPU, Thapar University, etc carry out admission on the basis of entrance examination.
