you have a good percentile...
but i guess you might be talking about the s.r.c.c. college in delhi under du
if it is sothen unfortunately it is difficult for your admission since the cut off goes high upto 99%
but may be a chance in 3 rd cutoff but next to impossible....because in college like srcc no seats are left vacant till 3rd cutoff
