Can I write IPS entrance exam in my final year of degree?
Hi sir my name is hitesh i am doing my degree 2nd year so i can write ips exam in my final year of degree???

YES ,you can apply this exam. Beacuse final year student are also crack this exam.
Eligibility Criteria : 1.Age limit MAXIMUM: 21 years MINIMUM: 30 years 2.Number of Attempts Four attempts for open, seven for OBCs and no limit for SCs/STs. If a person appears in the Preliminary Examination or even one paper is counted as an attempt. 3. Minimum Physical Standard For IPS- Height Male 165 cm Pahari Male (general also) & ST (not the SC/ OBC) 160 cm Female 150 cm Pahari Female (general also) & ST (not SC/ OBC)- 145 cm Chest Male Minimum 84 cm. Yes , Final year candidate are applicable for IAS exam.
IAS exam is conducted by UPSC through Civil Service Exam so if you want to go for IAS exam , you can attend to CSAT exam. Those candidate are graduate from any recognized university with any discipline are eligible for IAS exam. But your age should be in between 22 to 30 years old.Age relaxation is provide for SC/ST/OBC category as per govt rule. The maximum attempts for SC/ST candidate is Unlimited. For OBC candidate it is 7 years and for general candidate it will be 5 years. Also you must be in citizen in India. Yes, Final year students also eligible for IPS examination IPS aspirants, appeared for Civil Examination which is conducted by Union Public Service Commission in yearly ones.,........ For this Civil Examination some eligibility criteria are there i.e. Educational Qualification, Age Limit, Nationality, Physical Standard,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, If you satisfy these eligibility criteria then you are eligible for Civil Examination Civil Examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission India holds a UPSC examination every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IPS officers are recruitment. Eligibility Criteria :- A.)Educational Qualification:- The minimum qualification required for appearing the competitive examination is Graduation. Many professionals like Engineers, Doctors, persons with Ph.d qualifications are competing for UPSC. B.)Age Factor:- 1.> For general category :- 21-30 years and can attempt 4 times. 2.>For SC/ST :- 21-35 years ,and there is no limitation . 3.> For the OBC:- 21-33 years and can attempt 7 times. Final year students can apply for IPS examination but you have to produce the documents when they will ask for it.
So if you are expecting your final year result on time then definitely you can apply for the IPS exam. The required qualification is Graduation in any discipline and if it is found in future that you have not completed your Graduation then you will not be considered for it. Recruitment of IPS Officer is done through Civil Services Examination which is conducted by UPSC every year. Age Limit: The age must be between 21 to 30 years for those who belong to General category. Reserved categories will get age relaxation according to Government rules. SC/ST Category - 5 years relaxation OBC Category - 3 years relaxation Examination Pattern: -Preliminary Exam -Mains Exam -Personality Test For IPS you have to be medically fit and should not have any serious ailments which will hamper your service. To become IPS Officer you would be appear in Civil Services Exam conducted by UPSC. This Exam conducted in three stage. 1. Preliminary Test 2. Main Test 3. Interview. 1. Preliminary Test: It consists of two Papers of objective type and carry a maximum 400 marks (One for General Studies and One for an optional subject choosen by candidate) 2.Main Test: It Consist of 9 paper and two of them are qualifying in nature. 3. Interview: Candidate who qualify main exam are called for a personal interview. Syllabus of the IPS Entrance Exam Students will have to prepare for all the subjects mentioned below. They must make it a point to cover all the required areas. Quantitative Aptitude Verbal Ability DI/DS Reasoning Ability General Awareness Both these papers will be of the objective category. Students can write the exam in Hindi or English. The syllabus will be of the graduate level. The Main Examination will comprise of the following papers. Yes, You can write IPS entrance exam in your final year Degree course.
There is no specific exam as IPS entrance exam. To become an IPS(Indian Police Service) officer, one has to crack Civil Service Exam conducted by UPSC every year. The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate with good Physical Fitness. Its quite nice to see that you are interested in IBPS Banking Exams. The Acronym "IBPS" stands for Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection. The IBPS Conducts Bank Clerical and Bank PO Exams for 19 public sector banks. The IBPS Participating Banks are : Since, you are currently pursuing Graduation in 2nd year so unfortunately you cannot appear for the IBPS Banking Exams as the minimum educational qualification required for IBPS Exams is graduation in any stream from any recognized college/university. Now , if you want to apply for the IBPS PO Examination, then you have to fulfill all the below mentioned requisites : * You must have completed graduation in any stream from any recognized college/university. * You must have secured a minimum of 55% marks in graduation. * Candidates in final year of graduation are not allowed to appear for the IBPS Exams. * The Age Limit : a) For General Candidates : 21-30 yrs b) For OBC Candidates : 21-33 yrs c) For SC/ST Candidates : 21-35 yrs * The Maximum No. Of Attempts Allowed : a) For General Candidates : 4 b) For OBC Candidates : 7 c) For SC/ST Candidates : No Limit So , its better for you to complete your graduation in any stream first and then apply for the exam. Indian Police Service exam is part of Civil service exam.To become a Indian Police Service,you should appear for civil service exam.This exam is conducted by upsc every year once.
To appear for this exam, Education qualification: You should have complete graduation degree with any stream from a recognized university. Age limit: Age should be between 21 to 30 years.
