I m savita pursuing M.Sc. in environmental sciences 4th semester student.seeks to take admission in M.tech in same field. i did not clear GATE.please send information regarding institutes conducting their own entrance test.

if you want to do m.tech without clearing gate exam......
than don't worry there are lot of colleges or institutes or universities are there for
offering m.tech course......
if you want to go with correspondence course of m.tech than ......than you can do it.
because many institutes offering correspondence course for m.tech courses......

Besides GATE there are lots of other entrances for like-TANCET.

if you want to be M TECH without gate ...
then you have some option..
but i say one important thing your degree have not good value..
only good university have quality to give more knowledge and respectively
good degree so without gate your degree have no value...
you think these things and decide your self...

i think you can do m,tech in environmental engineering,there are many colleges in india like SRM UNIVERSITY,KALINGA UNIVERSITY,VIT which give admission without GATE score

yes ofcourse you can do m.tech without clear the gate exams
because there are manny colleges, who provide m.tech on
the basis of direct admission or they will conducts his own
entrance exams, after clear this exams you will get admission
in m.tech.................

Absolutely you acn go for m.tech for corrospondence education,many college or universiries offer m.tech without GATE,contact with those institute...

is there any special GATE exam only for environmental science or students have to appear for Civil engs GATE only?
