Can A M.Tech Post graduate do LLM without doing LLB

First of all note that to apply for L.L.M Course you must completed your graduations in law such as L.L.B or B.L Degree or 5 Years LL.B Degree courses.So,There is no criteria to apply for L.L.M courses without undergoing in L.L.B even if your PG in M.Tech.

If you wish or interested to apply for L.L.M,first complete L.L.B Course and thereby apply for L.LM.

Hello,

LLM is the post graduate course in law, the graduate course for law is LLB which is done for 5 years, you must have known about this. Any way a law graduate can only go for higher post graduate program in LLM, see if you dont know about the basics about LAW, you cant directly just do LLM, however you can start from LLB if you want to pursue a career in law.

Hope that you could have started early from first itself instead of Mtech, if you have interest in that.

Inspite of all these you must also have some qualities like:-

• Good oral and written communication skills
  
• Good intellectual ability
  
• Ability to assimilate and analyze facts quickly
  
• Self confidence
  
• presentation skills
  
• you should bear pressure too.

>>IF you want to do LLM, the eligibility criteria is you should have passed the LL.B. Degree or its equivalent from a recognised University and should have secured not less than 55% of marks in the aggregate of the maximum marks.
