Can other state candidates cannot appear for Karnataka CET Examination for MBBS entrance?

I do not belong to Karnataka. I would like to study MBBS in karnataka. Can I take KCET exam for getting admission for management quota seats???

I am born in Delhi and studying also in Delhi, but both my parents belong to Kerala. Am I eligible to appear for Karnataka CET, 2012? Please reply.

HI!
Yes other state student can apply for Karnataka-C.E.T exam. But only 5% seats is reserve for other state candidate.

ELIGIBILITY FOR KARNATAKA-C.E.T EXAM:-
> Pass 12th with Physics, chemistry and Maths or Biology with minimum 50% marks.
> Candidate must be citizen of India.
> the age should be above 17 year.

I was born in Karnataka, but stay in Maharashtra after my birth. I have completed my SSC and HSC in Maharashtra. Even my mother is from Karnataka. Am I eligible to apply for KCET ?
