Is there cbse education for 10+1 and 10+2 here???????????
If yes then will it facilitate hostel facility for boys?

yes CBSE is available for 10+1 and 10+2
Hostel is a matter of schools.you have not mention the name of colleges.
some schools provide hostel facility or some not

Yes you can complete 11th and 12th class from CBS board in following streams-
