i got a rank of 13580 in orissa-jee 2012..so what colleges will i get through councelling?

You haven't mentioned in which college you have applied in and in which branch of engineering!
Moreover, you will come to know about the counseling dates from the admission department of the colleges you have applied in. You can visit their website, many institutions update it on their website as well or you can contact them in person or over the phone.
You haven't mentioned the name of the college or else i would have given you the precise contact details of the institution.

i got 1865 in odisa jee 2013 which clg should i get in mechanical branch.

I GOT 14803 RANK IN OJEE-2013 WHICH CLG I SHOULD GET IN MECHANICAL BRANCH ?
