As you have not 60% in 10th, thats why you are not Eligible in Many companies such as

1. Tata Consultancy Services

2. Cognigent Technology Solution

3. Infosys Technologies

4. Microsoft Limited

5. IBM

6. WHOAI

7. ATOS

etc etc .....

The above Companies need 60% in 10th 12th and graduation....

But there is no need to worry my friend. There are also many companies, which requires only 50% as there eligibility criteria in 10th 12th and graduation

The name of such Companies are

1. Wipro Technologies

3 Wipro VLSI

4. L&T Infotech

5. Mahindra Satyam

6. Tech Mahindra

7. SYNTEL

There also many core companies and public sector core companies like SAIL, BHEL, L&T, IOCL, NTPC, POWERGRID,etc etc Which need 60% or 65% in graduation only.

They dont need the marks of 10th and 12th.....

So you are eligible in those companies............

Dear pal,
do not worry about your job you will surely be able to get into a good company as many of the companies require 60% in the bachelor degree your marks in the higher secondary course do not matters.
To help you with the question you need to have mentioned about your discipline in engineering. As a bachelor degree graduate you can apply for the software companies in addition to this you can apply for other sectors based on your discipline. You can apply for public sector units provided you have a valid gate score . The various public sector units are NTPC, BHEL, BSNL, ONGC etc. The selection procedure involves gate score followed by group discussion and personnel interview.
In addition to this you can apply for the Indian engineering service too. aspirants of civil, mechanical, electrical and electronics have a advantage in preparing for the exam as the syllabus for the exam will be based on the above discipline. The selection procedure involves written exam, group discussion and personnel interview.

Dear friend,

Maximum software company want 60 % in through out .some company want 65 through out .so the percentage is vary from company to company .

Few software company set their criteria is just above 50%.

Your 12 th standard no is not above 60%.

So the eligible company are WIPRO , SYNTEL ,RS SOFT ,HONEYWELL ,ALUMNUS etc.

Also you have option for higher study . But you must be qualify in GATE , CAT ,MAT exam.

The higher study options are MBA ,M-TECH,MS,JRF,SRF,PHD etc.
