Is it compulsory to appear for SIP before appearing for excecutive exams?

i m m.com passed so i will go for executive level so i want 2 know that i will hav 2 take sip training, what is sip training & also is it compulsory 2 give computer online exam for executive level for ,CS, also its necessary 2 give coaching exam ?
