Is correspondence B.Ed and MA acceptable for PGT in NVS?
Sir, I have done B.Ed. from corresponding IGNOU, New Delhi and MA from VMOU, Kota-Rajasthan. Am I eligible for PGT in NVS exam session 2019? I heard that NVS disqualified all corresponding courses in India. Is it true?

Yes, distance mode B.Ed is acceptable if completed from a UGC-recognized university. They will be valid for government jobs in India because they come under UGC which is a government organization. Hence, you don't have to worry about your qualifications if it is approved by UGC DEC.
Just make sure you fulfill all other criteria for the concerned job. Selection will be on merit based on your scores in the exam conducted for selection such as TET or CTET. |
