Respected Sir, I have completed my Graduation with B.Tech in Textile Technology and now I want to pursue M.Tech in Textile Technology but I have not appeared for GATE exam so I want to know which Course should I pursue after completing B.Tech in Textile Technology to become a Lecturer? Can I get admission in M.Tech Textile Technology without appearing in GATE exam? Please answer as soon as possible.

For M.Tech In Textile Technology admission, You are required to appear entrance exam. Admission will be based on score obtained in entrance exam. You can also apply for university level entrance if not want to appear GATE.

There are some institutes in India which offers Master of Technology without GATE scorecard. But these institutes are not reputed and their degrees are not given so much importance in job and lectureship for Assistant Professor in engineering college.

You should apply for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering next year and clear it with good rank to get admission in institutes like IIT or NIT for admission in Master of Technology. GATE qualified candidates also receive stipend. You can also apply for Integrated M.Tech and Phd then become Assistant Professor in engineering colleges.
