There is no specific subject to purse Graduation Degree in order to become an IAS. After 12th, you have to complete Graduation Degree in any stream in which you are cofortable.

IAS stands for Indian Administrative Service and to become an IAS officer one has to crack Civil Service Exam conducted by UPSC once every year.

The enligible candidate must be an Indian National having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream of education from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate.

Dear Aspirant,

Brother doing the intermediate is not sufficient for getting a job like IAS.

Minimum requirement for that post is Graduation Degree.

So my dear brother you need to complete your graduation from any of your interest course.

For doing IAS there is no specific graduation course. So you can do any degree.

But you should get passed in it and hold the certificates.

Then you are eligible for attending the exam and get processed in the selection process.

So all the best for your dreams.

Hope this info helps you.

All the best for your future endeavor's.

There is no such rule that you should do any course to become an IAS officer or to take IAS.
The only qualification is you need to be a graduate from recognized university.
Civil service exams are conducted by UPSC.
This exam is conducted conducted every year to recruite IAS,IPS,IFS officers.
The exam is conducted in 2 stages:-
1)Preliminary and
2)Mains.
