You can choose any course for study after completing engineering. The course which you are selecting should be related to your interest area. If you are keen to get in to technical domain itself, M.Tech is a good option. You should attend GATE exam to join M.Tech. On the other hand, MBA is also a good career option after B.Tech. This will enhance your career opportunities in management field. You need to attend either CAT/MAT or similar entrance exams to apply for this course.
