GATE score is often preferred for the recruitment of engineers. PSU like IOCL, OIL, and GAIL often recruits candidates on the basis of GATE score. UPSC conducted ESE exam is suitable to find a job in engineering services sector. IBPS conducts common written exam for the position of management trainee or specialist officer. BSNL JTO job is specially meant for engineering graduates.
