You must have passed 10+2 Board Exams to be eligible to apply for Fashion Designing course.

To apply for Bachelor in Fashion Designing course, you will have to qualify an entrance exam.

After qualifying entrance exam, you will be called for a Personal Interview.

To qualify Interview section, you must be fluent in English.

I would like to suggest you to go for Bachelor Degree in Fashion Designing and for that you have to first pass your class 12th in any discipline from recognised board with at least 50% marks and 45% for reserved categories to get admission in good Fashion Designing college of India. You will have to qualify the entrance exam such as NIFT,NIFD ,SOFT etc. to get admission in good college of India.

Yes you can do diploma course in fashion designing after 10 standard.
