how to regester phd in university

I have done my pg in yr 1987, since then i was a trainer now i want to register for PHD, may i have to undergo PET?
am i illigible to be a lecturer with out NET/SET?

when is the pet exam conducted in 2011? and when will be next advertisment published? and when was the last advertisment published?

we want msc chemistry entrance 2011

when is the phd. entrance exam next scheduled? Is it a fixed exam date ( as we have for NET, it is conducted in June and December only) or is it at any time convenient to the university? Please also clarify whether we get the previous entrance question papers for reference?

University of Pune PhD Entrance Test 2010 Scheme of Examination :

Pune University PhD Entrance Examination will consists of Paper - I and Paper - II.

Paper - I : Research Aptitude Test

Total Marks : 100


Total Questions : 100
Each correct answer carries 1 Mark. No negative marking system.

Paper - I consists of 3 Parts :

Language competency
Numerical Ability


Logical Reasoning
Paper - II : Subject specific Test (Total Marks : 100)

Multiple Choice Question : 20 Marks


Theoretical Descriptive Questions : 80 Marks
Important Instruction for University of Pune PhD Entrance Test 2010 :

The candidate is solely responsible for his eligibility and the PhD information, which he she has furnished in the PhD application form.


Incomplete PhD applications will be rejected without assigning any reason and no correspondence will be entertained.
Pune Universtiy PhD 2010 Important Dates :

Date of PhD Entrance Examination (Timing for Paper I : 2.30 P.M. to 4.30 P.M.) Sunday, 14th February 2010 at 2.30 P.M.
First date for Online submission of PhD Application Form 2010 15th January, 2010, 10.00 A.M. onwards
Last date for Online submission of PhD Application Form 2010 25th January, 2010, upto 6.00 P.M.
