what is diffrent private job and goverment job....please tell me whic are they

There is very Huge difference in in Private job and in Govt. Job.

In Private job you don't have job security, as in Private company your job will remain with you till your performance is well. If someday, you unable to perform up to the company's expectation, then company may fire you.

But In Govt. job, there is Job security, Once you get into a Govt. job, then if someday you performance will little low, then there will be no problem in your job or there is no chance of getting fire until and unless you did don't strong activity against your job.

And the most big advantage of govt. job that you will get DA and Pension in your job. But you will not get these thing in your private job.

So, Govt. job is always preferable than a Private job.
