In a MNC PR’s will be serving that company and in the case of an agency they will be serving multiple clients. One can start their own agency after acquiring enough experience. You will get more opportunities to learn if you are working in a corporate PR department than working in an agency. Job security and stability is more in the corporate sector. But in an agency one will be able to work with many clients.
