If you are so much keen to pursue the above course within New Delhi only, then you can obviously do so in "The Indian Law Institute" , New Delhi NCR. This institute is an autonomous body.
Minimum qualification to enroll for the PG Diploma is a graduate degree from a recognized university and if you are a law student then special weightage of 5% is given to them.
