Do I have to study Law separately during CS course?


Respected sir/ma'm
During the CS course, can I also have to study the Law separately or not?

CS Executive level subjects

Module 1
>> Economic and Commercial Laws
>> Cost and Management accounting
>> Tax Laws and Practice
>> Company Laws

Module 2
>> Company Accounts and Auditing Practices
>> Industrial, General and Labour Laws
>> Capital Markets and Securities Law


CS Professional Stage Subjects

Module I
1. Company Secretarial Practice
2. Drafting, Appearances and Pleadings

Module II
1. Financial, Treasury and Forex Management
2. Corporate restructuring and insolvency

Module III
1. Strategic Management, Alliances and International Trade
2. Advance Tax Laws and Practices

Module IV –
1. Due Diligence and Corporate Compliance Management
2. Governance, Business Ethics and Sustainability
