I have born and brought up domicile of Bhilai when it was in the state of MP. Now my son wants to appear for CGPET 2012 on my basis . Is it needed to change my domicile from MP to CG. What are other crireria to be met for the same

Bhilai is in Chattisgarh, hence you are a bonafide resident of Chattisgarh.
A person is considered domicile of Chattisgarh if he is born in Chattisgarh and he follows the domicile policies of Chattisgarh Government.
You son is eligible to apply for CGPET, please carry his identity card (voter i card/ration card) along with your identity proof the next time you visit for applying.

Eligibility for CGPET

-The candidate must have completed 17 years of age but not more than 25 years of age as on 31 December of that year.
-The candidate should pass the Higher Secondary Examination securing not less than 50% aggregate (40% for SC/ST candidates) with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology

my father is born in karnataka and he studied in karnataka only our caste is st in karnataka. but for job purpose he came to andhra pradesh . Now his son that is me born in ap (andhra pradesh) can i get domicile of karnataka because for the sake of caste (st) becuase andhra pradesh govt given me obc
