Do IITs really offer PG courses in Humanities Sciences?

In the websites of various IITs' like Kanpur, Bhubaneshwar, there is a reference for offering post graduation courses in Humanities sciences. When details are asked, I came to know that, they offer only Ph.D. Courses in those manners. Do IITs' really offer PG courses in Humanities Sciences?

The PG courses offered in IIT Kanpur are for five year integrated MSC and Two year MSc. The subjects included in five year course include chemistry, maths, physics, and scientific computing. The subjects for two year course include physics, chemistry mathematics and statistics. Both IIT Kanpur and Bubhneswar only offer Ph.D in Humanities. Some IITs like IIT Chennai offers M.Tech in Humanities and social science.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
