Normally none of the colleges provide stipend. First of all you need to understand that stipend is provided by companies from where you do your practical projects to complete the course you are pursuing.
What any college under Andhra Pradesh University can do is provide you with campus interviews. Which means if you qualify your Bachelors or Masters in any particular course they will let you sit in a campus interview where different companies come to recruit candidates? If you are selected then the company which have selected you will keep you till your project is complete and they provide you with a certain remuneration which is called stipend. If you do well during that period they can also offer you a full time contact.

Overall the main point is that the University or College doesn't provide you stipend but they can arrange for campus interview, by which if you get selected by a company, they will provide you the same.

Dear ,

Andhra University provides stipend but currently to Medical and M. Tech students only.

Currently if you heard doctors were on strike to increase the Stipend amount.

You search again with university they are providing moreover it depends what education you are about to do from there.
