Does M.Sc Criminology helps to become a Detective?
Sir, at present I have completed B.Sc degree and I am very much interested in detective jobs. What should I do now? Can I do M.Sc in Criminology? Would this degree help me to become a Detective? Or, is there any other courses available?

After graduation, you should pursue a short term diploma or certificate course in private detective or private investigation instead of pursue M.A.(Criminology) and get training to become a detective. In India, many institutes offer a course in private detective. Private Detective course covers many topics such as Civil and Criminal Laws, Code of Ethics, Type of Crimes, Investigation Techniques, Criminology, Fingerprint Examination and Verification, Forensic Investigation, Forensic Science, Evidence Collection, Evidence Analysis, Protection and Security etc. After completion of this course, you can get job in detective agencies, security agencies, business organizations etc.
