Does my daughter compulsorily needs a domicile certificate for MHCET?

My daughter was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra. And we have a domicile certificate of my husband but we don't have a domicile certificate in my daughter's name. So, would her birth certificate will be valid or do we need a domicile certificate for applying for MH-CET?

You can apply for MH-CET without Domicile Certificate. But if a candidate fails to provide his/her domicile certificate during Admission, he/she is considered in OMS (Outside Maharashtra State) category. There are certain seats reserved for OMS category students.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
