Is EILLM University degree valid for WBCS examination


I have done B.Com from EIILM UNIVERSITY in the year 2012. It will valid for West Bengal Civil Service (WBCS) examination? I have the results but final degree certificate is still not issued. Can I apply for WBCS exams? When would be the next exam session?

The distance degrees obtained from this university is not valid for any government job entrance exams.

University Grants Commission announced that this university is now dysfunctional from 2014. If you have done bachelor's degree from its study centers then you can not apply for WBCS exam.

But if you done from main campus in regular mode then you can apply for WBCS exam.
