Eligibility of AP TRANSCO and AP GENCO entrance examination?


If a B.Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineering student has below 60% aggregate but the student has good knowledge on core side then the student will be eligible to apply for AP TRANSCO or AP GENCO jobs or not?
