Eligibility to apply for JMFC for an SC candidate with B+ Grade in LLM?

Hello everyone, now I have completed my LLM with B+ Grade. But I have completed my LLB last year and secured above 60 percent marks. Before this I was fail in some subjects and thereafter I was passed these subjects in second attempt. I am an SC student so can I eligible for JMFC as fresh candidate?

Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
