Eligibility for Assistant Engineer post in Irrigation Department of India?
I have my Diploma in Civil Engineering. So, can I apply for the Assistant Engineer post in the Irrigation department? If yes, then how? What would be the pay scale?

Eligibility for Assistant engineer in Irrigation Department of India-
* Candidates must have civil or mechanical engineering degree from a recognised university or board. OR * Should be an qualified Associate member of Institute of Engineer in the following branch- civil or mechanical engineering. * Age should be between 21 years and 40 years. * Age relaxation is given to reserved category candidates. Average salary of an assistant engineer is Rs 26741 per month. |
