In order to join as a Junior Engineer in any industry you need to follow certain norms of industry as for instance :

- Education qualification : Passed B.Tech from recognized college.

- Age : should be within 27 years.

Selection process:

1. Written Exam
2. Group Discussion
3. Personal Interview.

Candidate will be selected on the basis of selection process (three rounds) as well as academic marks too. Final list be prepared accordingly.
