Eligibility and procedure to study 12th as an external candidate from Gujarat Board?


Sir, I had completed my 10th in 2006 and thereafter did Diploma in Commercial Arts. I am looking forward to complete my 12th as an external candidate from Gujarat Board of Education. Am I eligible? How to apply for it?
