Eligibility to study Master of Social Work for Sociology graduate with 47.5% marks?
Hello everyone, I have done BA with Sociology and scored 47.5% marks. I want to study Master of Social Work from IGNOU. So, am I eligible to get admission and studying this MSW course in IGNOU?

Eligibility Criteria to study MSW in IGNOU:
>> Candidates should complete graduation in Science stream, commerce stream or equivalent. Candidates from Sociology, Social Work, Psychology background are given preference over others. >> Candidates should complete graduation with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. >> In IGNOU, candidates have to crack the written exam followed by Interview and Group discussion. It is too tough to tell that you will get a seat in MSW course because you have secured less marks than eligibility. You know the IGNOU is renowned open university. So, many students from all over India will apply. Though, if your luck is fortunate, you may get admission. |
