i completed my BE EEE . i wanna pursue M.E . PL TELL ME WHICH FIELD WOULD BE BETTER? either embedded systems or VLSI or power systems

all three fields have amazing scope... make a decision based on your interest and which subject you are good at....

all of subjects which have you mention are very good subjects for doing ME.but according to market value VLSI is the best for ME.

dear friend , all the three branches mentioned by you are good in their respective fields and moreover are equal so to pursue M.E you can go for any of the branches .I suggest you to think that while doing B.E EEE which subject you finds more interesting i think you have studied embedded systems,VLSI,power systems all three during your B.E .so just ask yourself which will be better and from my point of view i would suggest you to go for embedded systems as nowadays MNC companies and govt sectors jobs are looking for M.E in embedded systems .all the best

All the three are good but in these VLSI and embedded is electronics related and power systems is electrical related, if you have interest in electronics embedded is good choice and for electrical power system is a good one.

it would be better for you to join the embedded systems.as because it is now a days very popular stream.and many of the students are getting good jobs in this field.vlsi and power systems are very interesting subjects but are not very popular in this modern world of science.

hey u can go for power sys if ur major is eee else go for vlsi

In my opinion the preference order should be in the following way....

1.Embedded Systems.
2.Vlsi Design
3.vlsi and embedded systems.

its always better to choose the courses for mtech which might have large job opportunities in future.....for this the preference should be......(only from the courses which you have mentioned)

For EEE student in ME there are various cources like:
Embedded system
VLSI
Power system
Communication Engineering
Microelectronics
Industrial Electronics
and many more....

But all these field are good for future you can choose any field for ME from above list.

If you are from electronics student then VLSI is better and it is in your field whereas power system drag you in electrical engineering.

Surathkal is better choice as compare to BMS. Because placement is better in surathkal so choose according to placement.

i m in 3rd year EC engineering...i plan to go to us/canada for masters...

wch feild for masters should i selct that would have a global scope or rather a much better scope in usa/canada..
i was thinking 2 pursue in commmunication...
but i want to consider all thre options

1.embedded
2.communication
3.vlsi

You have mentioned are the cream branches of M.E. , you can take anyone according to your interest.

According to my experience you should go for either VLSI or Embedded system.

Go with the branch that excites you.
