First IIT, IIT stands for Indian Institute of Technology. It is the name of college situated in various parts of India. To get admission in these college you have to clear JEE(Mains & Advance) entrance test & get a good AIR. To get good AIR(All India Rank), you must have well and clear concepts in regard of all the three subjects(PCM). You can take help of some reputed coaching institute. Like:- FIIT JEE, Akash, Paramount etc. Solving numericals within certain period of time will give you many advantages. Physics by H.C Verma, G.L.datta Maths by Anand Kumar Chemistry by B.K. Ojha will help you in the prepration for JEE. Second UPSC, UPSC is abbreviation for Union Public Service Commission. It is the top most reputed commission which conducts various examination for different posts in different field for all over the country. IAS, IPS, IFS, SCRA, NDA are few name of them. There is different educational requirement for different exams but mostly graduation is minimum requirement except NDA, SCRA etc. >> To clear any exam of UPSC, you must have deep & clear concepts regarding that subject or syllabus. Most of the UPSC's exams happens in three stages. 1). Preliminary test. 2). Mains exam. 3). Personal Interview. Preliminary test contains objective type of questions. Mains exam require subjective type of answers. Then personal interview take place. |

Re: Which exam is tougher when compared to IIT and UPSC?
UPSC stands for Union Public Service Commission. It is not an examination, it is an examination conducting authority which conducts large number of exams like NDA exam, IES exam, Civil Services exam, CAPF exam etc.
IIT entrance examination is JEE. Joint Entrance examination has two stage namely JEE Main and Advanced. UPSC exams and JEE exam is totally different. Both are tougher at their levels. There is no such hard and fast line that shows that UPSC is harder or IIT is tougher. You can get previous year papers at official website of JEE and UPSC. |

Re: Which exam is tougher when compared to IIT and UPSC?
It is not possible to select the tougher examination among these two examination.
Both the examination has different eligibility, scope and syllabus. Even most of the candidates who qualifies in IIT do not qualifies in UPSC where as candidates who qualifies in UPSC most of time not able to qualify in IIT. So, if you will work as per syllabus of examination you will qualify in it. |
