Yes you are eligible for FCI grade3(accounts), as you have fulfill the criteria.

Assistant Grade III (Accounts):
Eligibility:
(i) Graduate Degree in Commerce/ Mathematics/ Statistics from a recognized University
AND (ii) ‘O’ level computer qualification of DOEACC/Degree in Computer Science or Computer Application.

the questions were asked in this exam will be basic as you have studied in the above mentioned degree courses.
So clear your basic for it.

FCI written test will be in English only and in two parts.
Part I will consist of 60 multiple choice question of the relevant technical discipline and
Part II will consist of 60 multiple choice questions on general
aptitude consisting of Reasoning, Data Analysis, Computer Awareness, General Awareness and Current
Affairs.

As you can clearly see that you will need to emphasis only to english verbal-nonverbal , quantitative maths, general knowledge of current affairs and computer only. Purchase RS Aggrawal for quant. math and english verbal/nonverbal from arihant's publ. book, GK and computer can be updated by daily practise.

and then tyoe for your search in it you will get 1000 of site for the papers.

yes you are eligible for the FCI Grade III(Accounts) since you fullfill the criteria.the criteria is you should have a graduate degree in commerce/mathematics/statistics from a recgonised university.also you should have O level degree in DOEACC or in computer science or computer application.the questions are generally from the basics your stream.
