NET Commerce (Paper II) Papers
Commerce is one of the subjects in which the candidates take the test of NET. NET is the short name for the National Eligibility Test. The test is meant to test the eligibility of the candidates for lectureship in the various subjects. There are two papers on every paper in NET. Paper II of any subject consists of objective questions, and paper III consists of long answer type questions. Here we describe the pattern of Paper II of Commerce.
As said above there are two papers for Commerce. Paper II consists of multiple choice type questions. There are four options for each question, out of which only one is correct. The answers are to be marked on the separate answer sheet provided. Only one answer is to be marked since multiple answers are treated as wrong answers. The number of questions in the paper is 50. Each question is of 2 marks. Thus the total marks of the exam are 100 and one hour and fifteen minutes is given for these 100 marks. The questions are true/false types, assertion-reason type, match the columns type. Sometimes a passage is given and questions based on that passage have to be answered.
