Neither you have mentioned your educational qualification nor the field in which you want to enquire about the colleges. SO, in that case it is very difficult to give a clear picture of the fee and hostel fee structure of the Orisaa's college.

But on general note, i am providing you an idea-

1) See, if you are talking about the engineering college- then consider at least 1 lack inclusive of the tuition fee and the hostel for one year.

2) For courses like B.com, B.sc and BA, the fee could be maximum up to 15000-30000 per annum.

3) Courses other than these like BA in fashion designing or BCA or MCA have intermediate fee structure between the two courses mentioned above.

Rest depends ion whether you are getting a government college or private. For any course, if you are able to secure a seat in a government college then definitely its fee structure would be less than a private college for the same course.
