As part of Country Controllership Organisation (CCO), you will get exposure to statutory and fiduciary compliance of Agilent's subsidiaries around the globe which includes US GAAP to Local GAAP translations, Tax and Statutory reporting and filing, global transfer pricing. Majority of these deliverables are based on subsidiaries' financial statements prepared by CCO India team and are a direct result of thorough analysis of underlying Controllership financial data. Besides gaining exposure in these technical areas we encourage our people to innovate & experiment and question status quo.

- Have experience of driving audits (Statutory, Tax, Internal Audits)

- Acumen and willingness to manage projects in finance requiring collaboration with multiple finance / non finance functions

- Have understanding of various finance inter linkages impacting the overall financial statements

- Have broad understanding of International Tax, Trf. Pricing, US GAAP, Indian GAAP

- Awareness of ERP platforms like Oracle / SAP will be preferred

- Working knowledge of MS Office applications like Excel, Powerpoint

- Have it in you to Drive Results

- High degree of collaboration skills

- Ability to work in ambiguity

- Meet tough timelines

- Consider yourself an effective communicator (both verbal/written)


Qualifications: Chartered Accountant / CPA with 1-2 years of relevant experience as enumerated above.
