Re: Which of the following MBA courses are in demand between MBA Finance, HR and IT?
MBA in any stream is a professional certification course which adds value to the educational qualification and improves the skill and knowledge level of the candidate and enhances his job opportunities. Whether you pursue MBA in HR or Marketing of Finance or IT depends upon your choice and interest. In which field you wish to move forward in your career is important in choosing your stream for MBA. In todays job market all the fields are full of opportunities for deserving candidates. As a computer student you can pursue the MBA IT but note that if you have interest in Finance or Marketing or HR, then you can opt for any of the course as each course have demand in the job market.

Re: Which of the following MBA courses are in demand between MBA Finance, HR and IT?
MBA stands for Master of Business Administration. This is a 2 year Post Graduate Management program being offered by many of the colleges in India.
IITs and B-Schools are the top colleges to join this course. In MBA course, each and every specialization is having its own career scope and job opportunities for the candidates. Only thing is that the candidates have to make most out of the course by gaining good subject knowledge and communication skills. All the specializations that you mentioned Finance Marketing Human Resources IT are so much popular. But as per your profile, as you have completed Graduation in B.Com, it would be better for you to opt for MBA in Finance. Then you can improve the subject knowledge that you already have. In the field of Marketing, the salaries will be good. But that depends on the skills of the candidate. If you are ready to work in the field, then you can opt for Marketing. With regard to HR, you will be offered jobs in consultancies initially and the salaries are also low. If you do MBA IT, when going for the Interviews, candidates who have completed MCA will be given preference than you. So, better opt for MBA in Finance. B.Com and MBA will be good choice and required by many of the companies. Wish you all the best. |
