Sir, I would like to ask what is the minimum height required for women to join defence services and is there any height relaxation for ST?

As you are female candidate and want to join Indian defence services, then minimum qualification required to apply for Indian defence services for a female candidate is graduation from recognized institute. After graduation female candidate can apply for CDS (Combined Defence Services) exam to join Indian defence services. Here below are details regarding eligibility conditions for female candidate to join Indian defence services.

• To apply for Indian defence services applicant must be Indian citizen.
  
• Age limit to apply for female candidate through CDS is 21 to 25 years.
  
• Minimum height required to apply for Indian defence services for a female candidate is 152cm.
  
• Applicant for Indian defence services must be physically and mentally fit and free from any kind of major disease.
  
• For CDS exam applicant must have good eye sight and must be free from any kind of eye defect.

Required height for women for Defence Services should be a minimum of 152 cms and weight should be in proportion of height.
As per I know that relaxation is given in the field of percentage criteria, age limit. There is no any criteria for height relaxation.
