I am recently in B.C.A. and want to study but not MBA or MCA. Hence what else opportunity which I can take??

U can do MIB,MSW...
Y dont u appear for civil service examinations? There are 22 fields... Enter into any 1 and ur life will be settled...

In my opinion,you should go for MCA after completing BCA.you will get more opportunities after completing MCA.because BCA is not sufficient.

other wise MBA are good field.you can go in this field.

If you want to study further in IT field, then you can go for M. Sc (IT), M. Sc (Computer Science) or Masters in Information Technology. These all courses have very nice opportunities in the IT market.

You can also go fo UPSC exams if you are interested in Govt. jobs after your graduation.

there are two options for you at this stage:

1)if you are interested in you branch ie bca then only you go for mca that to from reputed colleges like IIT's and NIT's.

2)and if you dont have interest in your branch then please go for MBA ,where you can earn a lot of money.and also it has a wide scope in present and future.

There are lots of courses for you other then MCAor MCA.

You can opt for anyone of the followings :-

M.sc.(computer science) upto p.hd.
M.sc. (IT) upto p.hd.
M.sc.(system)
M.sc(hotel management or hotel management technology or catering technology).
BBA.

Besides these there are lots of another oppurtunities for you in general science as well as arts and commerce.

exam date :23-05-2010

after BCA doing master degree is the only higher degree so i suggest you to go for MCA as this will give you professional field management certificate and after this you will definitely get a higher pay.

is it possible to get lateral admission into 2nd year B.E. or B.Tech. engineering courses.

Yes, there are courses available in cyber and Information security, you can check check with CISSP course certification given by ISC2. Training offered by Kaplan based in USA through online in India. They also take the guarantee of certification and fees is nominal. There are other security certifications also available which you can choose as per your interest.

Yes offcourse it is possible,for lateral entry scheme you have to appear for entrance for it.entrance varies from institute to institute and also different state conducts different entrance for it.

Diploma engineers can apply for any types of engineering entrance's like-AIEEE,WBJEE,IITJEE etc.

If you are planning to go for higher study than MCA will be the best option after BCA.
For MCA its doesnt matter whether you do it regulary or correspondence..
Check out some good institus from internet...
and for correspondence I think IGNOU will be the best.....

I think if you study MCA then its better because BCA is not so sufficient. Otherwise if you dont want to do MCA or MBA then look for DAC. I think its better for you.

you can apply in civil service examination and also apply for ias exam but if you want to pursue higher studies, the you must go for MCA. after doing that you will find more suitable jobs for you.

the field of computers and imformation theory are fast evolving.the essence is that you need to have a grasp over the streams you choose,whether mca or mba.

It is better to do MCA since your degree in UG is BCA because it is related to your field so you can develop your knowledge.

you can go for the m.sc. MS.

and you can also do the master degree in the fashion designing course.

As you have clear your graduation course you have done the first step in your career option.

Rather than MBA or MCA you can have the following:

MSC IT( IT is blooming for the past few years)

MS( you can write GRE,TOEFL etc)

Also a better option is that you can go in Indian Army too by writing CDS exam.

Well, your degree in BCA is not sufficient. You should do Post graduation also. You can also apply for Civil Services.

IAS is really gud. Here, IAS stands for Indian Administration Services. For these type of civil services competion exam is conducted by UPSC once a year.

Eligibilty Criteria:

1. Graduate in any stream from recognied University.

2. Age Limit:

For general Category: 21-30 years
For OBC: 3 years age relaxation
For SCs/STs: 5 years age relaxation

There are so many institutes, which are providing training for the prepration of such type of exams. You can prefer one of the following for coaching:
